Shipping & Returns


All items will be delivered free of charge where possible. This is with the exception of very large or heavy orders, or orders outside of UK mainland, where a shipping quote can be provided by the Baths and Beyond customer services department. Where possbile this quote may also be zero as Baths and Beyond work hard to keep delivery costs down to a minimum for our customers.

Delivery for standard stocked items is usually within 7 working days of an order being placed. Baths and Beyond will provide an estimated delivery date as part of the order/dipsatch confirmation processes. Delivery will be within 30 days maximum of the date of the order unless exceptional circumstances occur. 

For large items (e.g. on a pallet) delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.


Please contact Baths and Beyond customer service department before attempting to return a product. Depending on the circumstances, we will be able to advise you of the correct course of action. 

  1. Cooling off - We will accept returned products if they are returned within a seven day colling off period. If we recieve them within this timeframe, we will process a refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days. Any returned products must be returned in as new condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. If the above crietia are met, we will refund the product price in full, but the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, and if an item is returned at our expense, we are entitled to charge the buyer such expense, which shall be a maximum of the charge payable by us to our courier
  2. Faulty/defective - Baths and Beyond will examine all returned products alongside any details of alledged defects. Products returned to Baths and Beyond because of a defect not caused by the buyer (or buyer's servant or agent, including plumber or other installer) will be refunded in full. This is to include a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item, and the cost incurred in returning the item to us. If, after examination, we find that the above criteira are met, we will notify the buyer in relation to the refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Baths and Beyond will usually process any refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm the intention to refund via e-mail. Baths and Beyond will usually refund any money received from the buyer using the same method originally used to pay for the purchase. If upon return, defective products have been modified or have undergone any attempted installation, the buyer may be responsible/liable for any costs of return or redelivered product that is not in the condition previously stated.
  3. For any products that are not defective or that the buyer wishes to return outside of the seven-day cooling off period, they must be returned to Baths and Beyond within 60 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned to us, in unused condition and, where practicable, with original packaging, at the buyer's cost, to reach us within the 60 day period. Provided this criteria is met, Baths and Beyond will then provide the buyer with the opportunity to choose a replacement product, for the same purchase price as the returned product, or issue a voucher for the price of the returned product.
